Important Guidelines

• Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates including children above 7 years.
• Children under 7 years must be registered (Free of Charge) for security reasons.
• Ensure to wear your registration badge in the conference area.
• Preferred mode of payment: Card, Net Banking, Online Payment, UPI, QR or Demand Draft.
• Registration is non-transferable and mandatory for all participants.
• Please mention your registration number in all transactions.
• All bank/transaction charges to be paid by the delegate.
• Spot registrations: payment via cash/card/UPI only.
• Spot registration kit subject to availability.
• Delegate kit will be given only to registered delegates (or authorized representatives).
• Online/offline registration closes on Update soon.
• DD in favour of “SURGICON 2025” payable at Delhi.
• Confirmation letter & ID will be sent within 30 days of payment receipt.
