Abstract Details

The Organising Committee of SURGICON 2025 cordially invites delegates and postgraduate students to participate in the Scientific Presentation Sessions – Oral Papers, Posters, and Videos. Showcase your research, innovations, and surgical techniques to an esteemed panel of judges and fellow surgeons.

Selected presentations will be awarded and featured during the conference.

Instructions for Oral / Competitive Paper / Video Presentation

  1. Abstract is restricted to 5 submissions per user. You can indicate your preference.
  2. Oral Papers will be Competitive Papers and Free Papers. Papers deemed unsuitable for Competitive Papers may be moved to the Free Papers section at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
  3. Abstract titles should be brief and reflect the content of the abstract. Please choose the Abstract Subject matching the abstract.
  4. Abstract content should not exceed 650 words.
  5. Include the following in the textbox provided:
    • Aim/Background
    • Materials & Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  6. Preferably, the first author/submitting author should be the presenting author. The presenting author is obliged to ascertain that all authors are aware of the content and that it is original. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is prohibited.
  7. Submit your affiliation and city in the given columns; do not include titles or degrees.

For Video Presentation, maximum length should be 4 min with 2 min for discussion.

Last Date of Abstract submission: 7th November 2025. Conference registration is compulsory for participation.

Instructions for e-Poster Presentation

  1. Full-length original scientific work, case reports, surgical techniques, etc., can be submitted.
  2. The header should contain an attractive title. Presenting author's name should be underlined, along with Department and Institution name.
  3. Presenters are expected to present the poster for 5 minutes virtually, to be evaluated by a judge.
  4. Only e-Posters are invited.

Last Date of Poster submission: 7th November 2025. Conference registration is compulsory for participation.
